Great overview of what I have heard was an amazing day amongst it, now I sort of feel I have experienced it from the outside as well. For myself we were back to back 11 shows of Spotlight Bunny. I am sorry you didn’t get in, we were putting the word out to just turn up and squish in, I think we had 6 in the car at one show. The car battery did not go flat, we had a break and all was well. cheers Julie

A wonderful tragedy that a huge island like Cockatoo Island couldn’t contain all the interested and interesting artists and audience in Sydney…
And I have no doubt that your moment at Manly will tranform into a moment of wild writing…
In fact it seems to have already triggered something…

And I couldn’t get in, so I went to Manly and collected a bunch of shells and seaweed from the beach, coat pockets smelling like salt as my ferry plied the heads back to the quay at sunset…
