Thanks to the City of Sydney, Queen Street Studio is about to finalise the lease on Heffron Hall, a beautiful space on the corner of Palmer and Burton Streets in Darlinghurst that will shortly become another subsidised rehearsal space for Sydney’s independent performing arts community managed by Queen Street Studio.
To make the space extra-special we need $20,000 to buy a new multi-purpose sprung floor. We already have $10,000 saved up so now we need to raise the rest – $10,000. We know it sounds like a lot but if we can get 100 people to donate $100 or 200 people to donate $50 or 300 people to donate $35 we will reach our goal. The best thing is we have DGR status which means all money donated is tax-deductible! We know how precious space is for artists in Sydney and Queen Street Studio has done its very best for the
last 5 years to provide spaces that are accessible, affordable and even FREE.
So please help us in our mission to keep providing “the potential of space” to the independent arts community
in Sydney by donating to our new floor.
