March 24 & 25| Master Class with Rosie Dennis
Create original work with one of Australia’s finest writer/ performers – Rosie Dennis.

Working With Words is a 2 day Master Class that will equip young and emerging artists with vital techniques for making original performance works. Rosie has razor sharp instincts for conveying our human experience and has developed a unique process grounded in improvisational techniques. She makes work that is technically simple, emotionally evocative and has a strong connection with the everyday. Her work has been presented at more than 25 festivals across Central Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Recently she presented and performed Driven To New Pastures and curated MINTO:LIVE for the 2011 Sydney Festival.
Rosie is currently in rehearsals developing Life As We Know It, a new work that captures and reflects the perspectives of negotiating life – from the mundane to the profound, a work that sits within a wider context that considers society’s changing relationship to community.

This Master Class is open to young & emerging artists aged 15-25.
